Previously on this blog, we've highlighted some of the great events hosted by our employee resource groups to help showcase the various backgrounds, experiences, education and styles that make up our organization. Recently, I attended a Diversity and Inclusion Expo at Frito-Lay headquarters where I got the opportunity to speak with some of my colleagues who are part of these employee resource groups and learn about the exciting things they've done this year.
