While Labor Day may have signaled the end of summer barbecues, it doesn't mean you need to put the cover over the grill. Today is National Cheeseburger Day which, to me, sounds like the perfect opportunity to light the coals for one more get-together.
Whther you love a classic cheeseburger or something more exotic, there are thousands of different combinations when it comes to your choice of protein, cheese, bun and toppings. With so many options, we thought we'd help you out and share a couple of our favorite recipes for a not-so-traditional cheeseburger.
-
Southwest Enchilada Black Bean Turkey Burgers - Zesty pepper jack cheese and Fritos Southwest Enchilada Black Bean Dip give the turkey burger a Tex-Mex twist. Instead of topping with ketchup, try Tostitos Restaurant Style Salsa for an extra kick.
- Spicy Feta Burger Dip- Why not take a little artistic license and make this non-traditional cheeseburger dip? It's got a little bit of heat and goes great with Tostitos Restaurant Style tortilla chips.
How will you celebrate National Cheeseburger Day?
