Last night during the Academy Awards presentation, TrueNorth aired the winning story in its consumer contest asking people to submit their True North stories -- passions in life that get people out of bed each day. Lisa Nigro found her True North in founding and operating Inspiration Cafe, a restaurant serving the homeless with dignity and respect.
Helen Hunt directed the 60-second commercial that aired, bringing Lisa's True North story to life for all viewers. Visit the TrueNorth Web site to view the Inspiration Cafe commercial and learn more about Lisa's passion.
I would like to speak with Lisa Nigro because my fiance and I would like to do the same thing in St. Louis, MO. My name is Rev. Charlsi Lewis, Thelonius Lee is my fiance a veteran chef with over 30 years experience cooking and a strong desire to feed the homeless. We are excited how we might be able to continue the "Inspiration Cafe" concept in St. Louis. However, we do not have the resources and connections to get started in St. Louis. Please, please put me in contact with Lisa Nigro; my email is charlsiann@gmail.com.

Hey Lisa and friends, a great thing for you to do would be for you to pass on the word of Jesus to all the homeless folks you come in contact with, and everyone else in your path too.
Let everyone know that Jesus loves them.
Lisa, Jesus loves you, just in case you didn't already know that.
God bless you and all the folks involved in the Inspiration Cafe.
He holds a special place in heaven for all of you.
